The HQ of T.R.A.C.K.S, The Rochdale Association of Creative Knitting Societies, is a cover for a school for assassins, known internally as The Regional Assassination, Corruption and Knocking-off School, set up through secret funding by a secret department of a secret government. The operation runs smoothly until a genuine knitter visits the office a day earlier than expected and runs into the school`s newest recruit.
