Philippa manages the Lost Property Office on Manchester Station, along with her assistant Keeley who has a poor work ethic. Both try to keep on the boss Shelia, who regularly makes spot checks. Their other regular customer is a scruffy young bloke who is always on the scrounge for anything he may have 'lost'.
Everything begins to change when one of the boxes of lost property contains a watch that turns out to have some unusual properties.
